The project demanded precision, durability, and craftsmanship at scale — balancing heritage sensitivity, public safety, and long-term performance while working within tight tolerances and live site conditions. From material selection through to installation, the cycleway showcases the importance of collaboration between designer and contractor to achieve enduring public infrastructure outcomes.
